The FHA’s temporarily increased loan limits will be extended through 2010. With the floor and ceiling loan limits remaining the same.
Currently the standard FHA single-family loan limit for 2010 will remain at $271,050 with the high-cost area loan limit remaining at $729,750.
The new limits will go into effect on January 1, 2010 and run through December 31, 2010.
