I purchased my 1st home by FHA Loan in July 2007. My loan is current, with no late payments to date, but a little help would've been much appreciated. It's like they're only offering help and or incentives to prospective buyers. What about all the homeowners struggling due to the high cost of mortgage insurance, property taxes, gas, food, etc. I hope that this Bill does stimulate our economy and produce jobs that so many of our fellow Americans need.
